Position: Financial Literacy Coach
Location: Wailuku, HI
Pay: $23/hour
Experience: 1 year of financial education, counseling, or equivalent experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
Type: Full-time; Contract

Job Description:
- Instruct financial literacy classes for adults and teens, focusing on essential topics like business planning, budgeting, and credit repair.
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to help clients assess financial needs and offer personalized guidance.
- Offer technical assistance on financial planning, forecasting, and business development to help individuals rebuild and grow.
- Promote the program through outreach efforts, public speaking, and social media, raising awareness in the community.
- Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and track program success.
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual abilities preferred to better serve diverse communities.
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of developing business plans, interpreting financial documents, and preparing reports.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to attend community events and meetings.
